1. The game and who may play

Mala Costa is an online game by [legal name] ("we"). It contains realistic violence and blood and is only for people aged 18 or over. By playing you confirm that you are an adult and that you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. Your account

The game creates an account for you on your device. Link Apple or Google to keep it if you change or lose your device; you must link one before buying or trading. One account per person; accounts are personal and may not be sold, shared or transferred.

3. Fair play

Do not cheat, use bots or modified apps, exploit bugs, harass other players, choose offensive nicknames, or buy, sell or trade game items or accounts for real money outside the game. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules; you can contact us if you think we made a mistake.

4. Virtual items and money

In-game money and items are a licence to use them in the game, not property, and have no cash value. They cannot be cashed out. Items bought with real money are bound to your account and cannot be traded. 5. The service

Mala Costa is online only and needs an internet connection. We may change, update or pause the game. If we decide to close it we will announce it in advance.

You can stop playing and delete your account at any time from My Account → Delete account. Deletion removes your progress and items for good.
